1. Training Coordination and Venues
Nditshifhinga Training always takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. This has not changed till now, to ensure customer safety and satisfaction we have adapted to E-Learning, Webinars and Live Streaming of all our courses. This means all our delegates will be trained in the comfort of their homes or offices.
Our expert facilitators and IT department will ensure that you still feel as if you in a physical class. This will continue till the government allow huge number conferencing and we are sure hotels we use as venues will manage to host our clients without exposing them to covid-19 infections.
2. Training Booking and Attendance
All our booking process still remains the same, send us an email with a filled in registration form to confirm your attendance.
A week before the course dates our IT department will contact you to test the link that will be used to join the virtual class and as well as assist you with all the program settings you may need.
3. In-House and Small groups special arrangements
In a situation an organisation has a big training venue to train delegates
without exposing them to covid-19 infections and as well as for small groups. Jonels will be able to conduct onsite training after checking that all requirements are met. Do call us for more information.
4. Cost and what is included.
Due to financial implications caused by the virus Jonels Training has reduced the cost for all the courses to an affordable price.
The cost will cater for all the things that our delegates receive previously (excluding lunch and refreshments) and for those that want hard copy manual and certificates, we will courier to them.
5. Jonels Training Operations
To ensure that we adhere to social distancing and keep our staff safe, some of our staff will be working from home. Please do use our emails as often as possible to get in touch with us
